Fans of the famous toy line and animated series Transformers will be excited when they hear that their favorite series will be making its way into the world of massively multiplayer online games. NetDragon and Hasbro has joined forces to work on this popular game title expected to hit the East next year.



Liu Dejian, chairman of NetDragon Websoft Inc., is the founder of the game development company in China which is behind many great free-to-play game titles across the globe such as Heroes of Might and Magic Online, Dungeon Keeper Online, Ultima Online (new version), Eudemons Online, Zero Online, Conquer Online etc.

Liu Dejian stated: "Transformers is already a household name in China, and we are extremely honored to be able to join hands with Hasbro to bring the excitement and fanaticism of Transformers into the online gaming sector".

Hasbro announced that the MMO will be released in Eastern countries first such as China, Korea and more but no word on when the future release of the Western version is expected. Hasbro did confirm a worldwide rollout for the title and that it would be ported to other countries as well.
